Villa Sitio de Ensueño is a project of "Inversiones Sitio de Ensueño" a company that relies on the experience and prestige of the Costa Rican company Constructora Valba, in order for you to know that your new home is in the hands of experienced professionals in which you can place your trust.

Founded in 2000, this is a company dedicated to the construction of civil works in general, with a group of professionals and collaborators that have more than 30 years of experience. Both work in the development of infrastructure, as well as in the construction of buildings.
Its portfolio includes projects such as cellular telephone interconnection towers of the multi-national company ALCATEL, urban projects characterized by their respect to the environment, beach homes with designs from the simple to the sophisticated, tourism projects, and hotels in the Pacific Central area, such as Kiana Resorts. It also acquired vast experience in the construction of roads, aqueducts and other infrastructure works.
